July 22nd--28th We Take Our Time Along a Lovely Canal
We Back Up for and Hour and Ten!--A Moan About Boats Moored on Water Points--The Girl Who was Walking from Glasgow to Guildford--A Lovely Museum--And a Delightful Village--Queueing for the Locks--Two Days in Banbury--We Nearly Light the Fire--Abortive Attempts to Buy Fuel and Fill up with Water
July 29th--Aug. 4th On to the Thames Again
We Can't Please Everybody All of the Time--We Reach the End of the Oxford Canal--And See a New Section of it--We're Back on the Thames--Down to Abingdon--A Sad Day--Meeting Up with Old Friends
Aug. 5th--11th Downstream on the Thames
Travelling With Friends--We Initiaite our Friends in to the Vagaries of the Pump Out Machine--Incredible Pads--Oh Dear, It Looks Like We're "Doing" the White Knuckle Run Again!--The Nippy Mooring Fee Collector--We Have Unexpected Company For Coffee--We Turn Round and Make Tracks Back Upstream
Aug. 12th--18th Upstream on the Thames
We Turn Round and Start Back Upstream--Mooring at Goring, not at all Boring!--Getting Nearer to Home Territory--Meeting up with Old Friends--On to the Upper Reaches of the Thames--A Visit to the NEC
Aug. 19th--25th To the End of the Thames
Weekend Visitors--We Rescue a Sheep--I Think about Buying a Caravan--Visitors From Cyberspace--The Ferry--Out in the Sticks--The Trout Inn at Tadpole--We Get Soaked--Relics of WWII (and that's not us {though come to think of it, I suppose I am, really})--We reach the End of the Thames
