We MaKe Slow Progress--The Mating Season--We Spend a Day with Friends--Leaking Hoses--A Day in Manchester--Dinner with Friends on their Boat--A Very Good Italian Restaurant--We Turn Round and Start Back--The First Ducklings of the Year--A Slow Boat to China--Launderette on the Maccie!--The First Weedhatch Job of the Year--
April 17th--27th We Make Excellent Progress
We Leave the Maccie--Into the Harecastle Tunnel--Through Stoke-on-Trent--Stone Boats--Lovely Countryside--The Canopy is Repaired--We Take a Little Salt with it--Dave, the Mobile 'Phone Specialist--Good News from the Eye Specialist--We Head South--A Strange Rattle--Right at Fradley, and on to the Coventry Canal--We Reach Atherstone
April 28th--May 11th Along the Coventry Canal and on to the Oxford
We Meet up with Lots of Old Friends--We Moor up at Ansty--A Nifty Bit of Steering--Close Encounters with the Hens!--Fire Extinguishers--The Long Walk--Wonderful Weather--The Aussie Rellies Arrive
June 3rd to 12th We set off for the Thames
Trev Comes Home, and We Set Off--Wonderful Weather--Lovely Cruising--We meet up with Boating Friends--Up the Napton Flight--More Friends Come to See us--A Dreadful Experience--Things Get Better
June 13th onwards....... I Don't Believe It!
Will We Ever Reach the Thames?--We Have to Stop for an Indefinite Period--Work on the Boat--A Frustrating Delay--Some Nice Days Out.
July 7th--18th On to The Thames
We Leave Lower Heyford at Last--On to the Thames--A Reed Boat--Three lovely Days--Friends Arrive--We Travel to Lechlade and Lose the Mallet--Idyllic Moorings
July 19th--Sept. 18th I'm Back!
On To Oxford--The Joys of Wifi--The Bicycle Theft--Water Point Punch Up--Meandering Along the Thames--A Painful Fall--Cherry Comes to Visit--The Beautiful Wey--I Meet a Very Distant Relation--The Highest Thames Tide in Twenty Years--A Near Disaster on the Severn Estuary--Five Nights in London--More Visitors
