THE PAINT JOB

The roof is dark green--a dark colour so that it won't
dazzle the steerer, in the event that we get some sunshine!
The sides are dark blue, with dark green panels.
There will be cream coach lines in between the blue and the green.
The brass portholes have been taken out so they don't get covered in paint



Next week, the sides will be decorated with pictures of roses--come back to see!

Monday, October 28th. Now she has her coach lines and is beginning to look complete.



Next, her name will be sign written on to the red panel, and there will be panels of roses along the sides.

Now she is back in the wet dock at the boatfitters,

and has her name written on the stern.

"Braunston" will also be written here, and some twiddly bits!

You can see the seats where we shall perch as we travel along.
These will have hardwood tops.
